Let the Fall Challenge Begin! The next LivFit Challenge starts today, October 9th and will run until November 19th. I am super excited to have you join me for this 6 week challenge to get ready for the holidays.

Volunteer Day- Restore Wildlife Habitat

Our next event in on Sunday April 30th.  

Oliveyah Fitness is partnering with the Marin County Parks to work towards restoring the wildlife habitat at Hal Brown Park at Creekside. Our focus for the day will be to eliminate invasive non-native grasses and weeds by burying them with layers of straw, cardboard, and mulch.

New Series - Adventures with Liv

Adventures with Liv is a new Saturday morning program offered this Fall to practice proper movement, mobility and inspire active weekends.  Get ready for a 2 hour intensive with Oliveyah. Each session is designed to prevent injury and stay pain free.  Learn proper running technique, build strength with or without a gym, increase your mobility, practice yoga and improve your agility, coordination, flexibility and stamina.

The 10 day jump rope challenge for all levels of fitness. The goal is to set 10 minutes aside for 10 days to practice jumping rope. There are three categories of progressions for beginners, intermediate, and advanced jumpers.

Restore with Liv

This is a therapeutic class to provide relief from stiffness and pain in the body. Here you will learn proper technique for stretching, and myofascial release to support optimal functioning of the joints, muscles and organs. Classes will include gentle and restorative yoga postures as well as breath and meditation.
