30 Day LivFit Challenge

We are kicking off the 30 Day LivFit Challenge on Tuesday, October 27th. Let's come together for the 30 days leading up to Thanksgiving to share recipes, celebrate success, support each other and feel great!  

To join the private Facebook group 'Friend' me, Oliveyah Salvage and I will add you to the private group.  Are we already friends? Great! Just search LivFit Challenge and request to join.

Tips and Tcks for Success

  1. Choose a way to keep yourself ACCOUNTABLE. Pick a reliable close friend / significant other to check on you daily via text. Get your friends, family and co-workers  to join you.  The more people you have motivating you the more likely you are to succeed. Share on Instagram or Facebook and let people know what you are doing so that you are accountable and more likely to stick to it. 
  2. COMMIT TO A PLAN. If you don't like these rules make up your own.  What do you need to work on?  What habits are you looking forward to changing?  Write down your plan, tell everyone and make it happen. 
  3. Do a minimum of 30 minutes of moderate to intense exercise everyday.  YES EXERCISE EVERYDAY!  This could be going on a power walk or jog, doing yoga, riding your bike...yeah remember that thing that is sitting in your garage??  Get it out and start riding!!! Swim, jump rope, dance around your living room.  It doesn't matter what you do.  Consistency is the key!  
  4. Have a REWARD in place for when you succeed. Something to look forward to provides greater incentive and increased motivation as you look to complete your goal. Write down your reward before you begin. (Example: If I Oliveyah complete this 30 day challenge I will reward myself with a 3 day weekend for my birthday.)
