Thanksgiving Hike/Workout

Free Class On Thanksgiving Day!

I will lead a free hike/workout on Thursday, November 24th.  Come join the fun!  Hiking at a moderate pace is a great way to burn calories, lose fat, decrease blood pressure, improve bone density and cleanse the mind!  Join us for a morning hike and get in your workout before enjoying your day of thanks with family and friends.


Thursday, November 24th 7:30am-8:30am.  Please arrive a couple minutes early.  You do not need to register for this class.  But if you know ahead of time that you are going to attend please post a comment or contact me directly so that I can get a head count.

Meeting Spot

375 Throckmorton Avenue,  Mill Valley.  We will meet in front of the Mill Valley Library.  Check out a map here.


We will start the hour with a short warm up before tackling the hike up the Dipsea stairs towards panoramic highway.  There we will head down the stairs ending our journey back at the library.  Expect stairs, hills and trails.

What to Wear

Wear comfortable workout shoes and layers but nothing too bulky that you won't want to carry once you get hot... and you will get hot, promise!

What to Bring

If you want to bring water I suggest wearing a water carrier, waist pack or small backpack if possible so that your hands are free.

New Members

This hike is open to all fitness levels.  All new members will need to fill out a short intake form before participating in the class.  If this is your first LiveFit class please arrive 5 minutes early to fill out this form or email me so that I can send you one by email.
