- Pick a Training Program and date on the Training Calendar & Schedule page. The schedule is updated weekly.
- Hit the SIGN UP button to register and purchase the training. You will then be linked off to make a payment at our partner website, Mind & Body.
- You will then need to create a Mind & Body account to reserve your training and make an online payment. Once your Mind & Body account is created, you will be required to pay for all future training programs and training dates there. You can log into your Mind & Body payment account at the very top of this page under the ACCOUNT LOGIN link located in the MAIN NAVIGATION MENU.

Do you workout in the rain?
Come rain or come shine, we train to get fit! If it’s raining, we will meet for class as planned unless otherwise notified. A baseball cap works well for keeping the drops out of your eyes on the rainy days.
