BOOT CAMP It's more than a boot camp, it's a community. Get in the best shape of your life with a team supporting you the whole way through. Each class is packed with innovative and challenging workouts that use a variety of equipment and produce results. It's hard but fun! Each workout is programmed to keep you motivated with exercises, drills, and activities that help you tone and strengthen your body and increase your cardio fitness. All fitness levels are welcome and will be supported and challenged in this program. Expect to get your heart pumping and body moving. It's a great way to start off your day and encourages you to keep an active lifestyle. Boot camp classes are offered up to 4 days a week for a one-hour workout. Personal training sessions and 4 workshops are offered each session at discounted rates to all boot camp members. View this month's calendar!
